We had a skate party in the clubhouse. We got permission to move tables around however, so we shifted all furniture to the perimeter, folded up or stacked tables and chairs we didn't need, and created a big open space in the middle to skate. It has one of those thin barely carpets, which is not ideal for experienced skaters like myself, but was perfect for the kids to build core skills with lower risk of falling.
Meanwhile.... Heard of elk? We counted fourteen but inattentive drivers have since cut the herd to thirteen.
