Just put on a pair of comfortable shoes and you’re ready to go!
But there are some disadvantages to walking everyday. First, it can be time-consuming. A person has to walk for at least 30 minutes to get the health benefits, and that can be difficult to fit into a busy schedule. Second, walking can be boring. Some people find it hard to stay motivated when they’re just walking day after day. Third, weather can be a factor.
Of course you can also get bored of walking if you do it every day...lol!
