How are you all? I hope you are well by the grace of God. Today I would like to talk about a topic that is very deeply connected to our lives. And that is trust. One of the most precious things in human life is trust. If you lose money, you may get it back, but once trust is broken, it is very difficult to restore it to its previous place.
Many times we consider someone very close to us. We freely share our happiness, sadness, pain, dreams with them. Because we think that the person will respect our trust. But reality is not always that easy. Many times, that close person does something that breaks us from the inside. Then it seems that we trusted the wrong person.
The pain of breaking trust is actually different from any other pain. Because it hits directly to the heart. If a stranger hurts, it may be easy to forget. But if you get hurt by someone you considered your own, it is not easy to forget. Then, not only the person, but also your own decision is doubted.
I think that a person who has broken trust once intentionally should not be trusted again. Because a person who did not value your feelings once can do the same thing a second time. Many people say that people change. To be honest, people can change, but the scars of broken trust are not completely erased.
However, this does not mean that you have to hate someone or take revenge. All experiences in life teach us something. The incident of breaking trust also teaches people to recognize reality. It helps to understand who is truly yours and who is only there when needed.
We should give the most importance to our own self-respect. There is no point in ruining our peace by giving a person who does not value your trust a chance again and again. We need people in life who understand the value of words, know how to respect feelings and maintain relationships with real care.
At the end of the day, I want to say one thing, trust is a very beautiful thing. But it should not be handed over to everyone. Because not everyone is capable of keeping faith. So know people, trust them, and don't give your heart to someone who doesn't understand its value.
