Here are my details of today:
-Reverse Crunches/with 3kg ball: 20/40
-Ab wheel Rollout: 20
- Pull-ups: 40
- Cycling 10 minutes
- In my evening gym:
- Pull-ups: 40
- "Pusheens" Weight Bench 40 pushes/presses (16 kg each)
- Side Leg Raises: 40
- Reverse Crunches with 3kg/7kg ball: 40/40
