Well, today I took it easy. I went to bed early last night due to my health issue from the last post. So when I woke up I felt pretty good, but I didn't want to overdo it. I didn't want to become more ill.
I went to the Dr. today to get checked out. He ordered some tests and see blood. He also put me on a liquid diet until he sees the results. To be honest, at that point, I hadn't eaten anything in over 24 hours, so I am fine with it.
I did some easy pacing today and ended up with 11k steps. For dinner, I had the broth portion of a ramen noodle soup. It was actually kind of fulfilling. I'm not gonna lie though, I tried to convince my wife that milkshakes fit the "liquid" criteria. 😆 I'm glad she talked me out of it.
Tomorrow will be a struggle to stay active. I'm going to have to wake up early to get a head start. I want to get at least 10k. We'll see.
