Good evening to you and your family. I hope all of you are fine. In winter we make different types pitha/ cake. Yesterday we made
Patishapta pitha. It tastes sweet. It is very easy to make Patishapta. If you want to make Patishapta you need some unboiled rice flour, some sugar, milk and spices. You have to follow two steps to make this type of pitha. First of all take four liter of milk. Put it on the oven and Star to boil. Then put some sugar and spices. Stir it slowly all the time until it becomes approximately one liter. After that take it off from the oven and put to be cool. Then take some rice flour and add some hot water with it. After that mix it properly. When it becomes little hard divide it into some pieces to make Ruti / parota. After that put some milk that you kept to be cool. Then roll it . After that put a Pan on the oven and pour some oil into it. When the oil become little hot put the roll on it. Turn the after some time. When it is fried, take it out of the oven. You can eat the pitha when it is hot or you can keep it to be cool. To me cool Patishapta is preferable.
