Hello everyone. Today was a beautiful day, I tell you that I had good news from my medical specialist. And I am doing much better in my recovery than expected, it turns out that in the accident I had I buried a glass very deep in my thigh, which compromised part of my sciatic nerve and I was 3 milliliters away from cutting my femoral artery. But thank life it didn't happen. During this journey I was at risk of amputation, I went through a lot of pain, but what leaves me baffled is the ability of the body to recover, our body is great, but it is even more so if it is complemented by our mind and emotions. How you focus your mind, energy and feelings I believe you create the circumstances. I am happy to see my progress and I know I will get better than before. 馃挭馃徎
Today I did Wil's plank workout, Lena's jogging exercise although I can't jog I did a long walk around my city, hence the photo at the beginning, I also did yoga and physical therapy where I had to carry weights and do balance exercises.

Hola a todos. Hoy fue un d铆a hermoso, les cuento que tuve buenas noticias por parte de mi m茅dica especialista. Y voy mucho mejor en mi recuperaci贸n m谩s de lo que esperaban, resulta que en el accidente que tuve me enterr茅 un vidrio muy profundo en mi muslo, la cu谩l comprometi贸 parte de mi nervio ci谩tico y estuve a 3 mililitros de cortarme la arteria femoral. Pero gracias a la vida no sucedi贸. Durante esta traves铆a tuve riesgo de amputaci贸n, pase por mucho dolor, pero lo que me deja desconcertada es la capacidad que tiene el cuerpo de recuperarse, nuestro cuerpo es grandioso, pero lo es a煤n m谩s si se complementa con nuestra mente y emociones. C贸mo t煤 enfoques tu mente, energ铆a y sentimientos creo que as铆 mismo vas creando las circunstancias. Me siento feliz de ver mi progreso y se que lograr茅 estar mejor que antes. 馃挭馃徎
Hoy realice el ejercicio de Wil plank workout, el ejercicio de Lena jogging aunque yo no puedo trotar realice una caminata larga por mi ciudad, de ah铆 la foto del inicio, adicional realice yoga y terapia f铆sica d贸nde tuve que cargar pesas y realizar ejercicios de equilibrio.
