Guys you know food is one of the important thing in life. Humans and animals need food to survive this is because food contains important nutrients such as vitamins minerals and so on. That is why food is classified into three groups which are; Protective foods, Energy giving food and Protective food.
Body building foods are foods that helps build the body and grow well. It is most needed at all times to make the body grow well. Eg of body building foods are, meat, eggs, milk, beans of all kinds, etc.
Energy giving foods are also supplies energy and heat for warmth and physical activities. Examples are, cheese, coconut oil, cassava, etc.
Protective food : it protects the body from diseases and helps to regulate the body processes. Eg are bananas, tomatoes, cabbage and so on.
So today I am going to discuss to you our today's food prepared. To day we actually prepared Rice and some stew with beef.
First of all, we boil water for about 30 minutes depending on the fire temperature then we pour the washed broking rice into the boiling water, we stir the rice until it becomes thick this normally takes 1 hours. We then start to serve them into each and everyone's bowl.
Then we now begin the preparation of the stew, this stew is sourced from tomatoes and other ingredients like pepper,onions,oil and etc . We cook the stew for about a 30 minutes. Then we add our ingredients to it to make the stew more platable and also smells good.
After we were done cooking we serve hot to the family to enjoy.
