A double walk/run day helped build the activity count. We haven't been seeing many wallabies in our part of the nature reserve recently. I am thinking the lack of rain and ground water might have them hanging around closer the the main creek. Just as I was thinking one pops up out of the long grass. Maybe a younger one keen for a bit of exploring.
Talking of exploring we are going to get away over the new years public holiday break. We could not find any reasonable priced accommodation anywhere along our beach coast line as it is our summer school holiday season.
So we opted for a bit of an inland, country break and had to spend the afternoon getting the car and yard sorted before going away.
