A Cicada shell. We rarely see the Cicada insects when there alive, I suppose they are flying or high up in trees but as soon as summer hits we definitely hear them. There noises buzz can be really loud at times. I have heard of Cicada plagues as well but not near our city, I think it mainly happens out in the country areas.
Also spotted some of our regular friends on our afternoon walk after a pretty hot and humid work day. Today's task was mainly reading a couple of work scopes and ordering some gear, l also had to move an LED sign board display as some new steel support structures have been installed blocking its effectiveness in the factory.
I was also able to fit in an easy morning run to get my activity count over 30k
