Two goannas in two days, that's a first for us, this one was not far from yesterday's but on a different trail and a bit smaller, maybe part of the same family.
They make a bit of noise when we first come across them, but I recon they sense us first and are looking to get away. They must be heavy, and the noise is just them moving through the bush and scrub.
Fitness wise, I got the morning run in before a long day at work and the afternoon stroll in the nature reserve
