We found another koala in the local nature reserve. Well, someone else actually spotted it first when their small dog started barking. We just saw them looking up into the trees and joined them.
We have not seen a koala for more than a year, so we were pretty excited. It wasn't far from where we saw the one last year. I think it is the same small younger one as last time.
It was right up the top of a very skinny tree. Maybe the dog or something else scared him or her up there. Luckily, it was not long before it would be dark, and it should be able to find a more suitable spot.
