The local council has had contractors working in our nature reserve. One of the tracks has been heavily erroded over the years. They use these tracks as fire access and maintenance. These trails are pretty steep, and I am not sure how long this crushed rock I know is.road base will last. I have seen other work done wash way in our summer tropical rain.
Fitness wise, it was a morning run, house and yard chores, an afternoon walk, and some body weight exercises.
