Logging over 17k today. Getting that post!
I took a quick selfie with the last glimpse of the sun. On that overtime, next time I'd be walking outta work it'd be dark.
I realized kettle weights were one of the activity options. I never noticed before but my kettle weight is usually a big part of my morning workouts. So it was added today along with my daily walking and stretches.
I didn't see push ups for an option, which would be a good addition. Push ups are another major part of my workouts.
