Well, unfortunately that photo above is just a throwback. I did lose 6kg in 2 months last 2018 but gain it all back this year. Now as I take on another personal challenge, I want all of you to join me as I share with you my actifit report card plus the journey I will create.
So here’s how I am planning to lose the 6 kg again:
- Aim for a minimum 5k actifit counts for 1 consecutive week.
- Eliminate carbonated drinks, milktea, and juice
- Certainly no fried food and junk food
- Stick to the half-rice diet
- Stay hydrated!
Today marks my day 1 and so far, I got all of them checked. All of it were really easy except # 4. I really am a rice eater so wish me luck!
