Long bike ride to day. was out just above 3 hours, and 60-70km. Super hot "Norwegian hot +15C" in the city. A was struggling a bit to have the proper clothing. it was much colder in the forest. +11C and cloudy. But in the end not a big deal. Saw one snake. And a lot of hikers. Its a long weekend here. So there are going out to camp. A have favorite place to take a break, but it was busy. But found a nice spot just down the road to eat my banana. A few km before the city a helped a youth. And pumped her tire she had a punctured and no pump or inner tube. We all forgot it one time. My white legs working on the tan lines. :)
