Today I pushed myself hard to get to 20k, it's so much harder to motivate myself now poliac is over. Also I was pleased to see this morning my weight was 71.4kg, which is the lowest I have been for 10 years. I started the year at 83.8kg so it's been a good few months thanks to actifit and poliac.
