Thank God Is Friday || My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2023
The time of the week workers looks forward to is here. You hear them say 'thank God is Friday (TGIF).' This is because the weekend will give them the opportunity to engage in other activities over the weekend.
For me I am not a worker, I am a freelancer. I go about my personal business and my Hive related activities. For today I was a kind of feeling feverish with flu in the morning and because of that I could not go for a walk. After some hours indoor, I feel the need to go out and get some fresh air. So I took a walk of about 35km to my wife's office. While I was on my way, the weather began to wear a different look. I had to increase my steps so that the rain doesn't catch up on me. As soon as I get close to her place, the rain began to drop. It means the Friday is going to be a wet Friday.
At a point, the whole street gets flooded that you don't where the gutters were. Vehicles finds it difficult to move.
After the rain stops it took about 2 hours for the water to run out. So people have to wait for the water to run out before they can use the road.
This evening, the weather is cold and I have to walk back home. The good thing for me is that I felt better from the walk.
Looking forward to tomorrow's activities. Do have a blissful night rest and see you tomorrow.
