A beautiful warm spring day on the Rideau today.
After a few days of rain the sun was shining and we reached a very nice 18 Celsius.
They were calling for snow tomorrow but hopefully that doesn’t happen.
I’m done with winter.
I had my 1st physiotherapy on my Frozen Shoulder yesterday. It was about a 1 hour session and a lot of resistance work with the therapist trying to improve my range of motion.
I was able to raise my arm to 50 degrees when we started the session. I got to 80 … not bad but I should be at 180 Degrees. So I will be working on this for a few months.
I hope to be better in time for kayak season… in about 2 months.
We will see how it goes.
Stay tuned for more updates. I will post some of the exercises I’m doing.
