Hello actifit family, it's feels good to be here again, I'm feeling so good and excited, and this is because my day went so well.
I've been so stressed throughout the week so i needed some exercise to keep fit, i didn't go to the gym instead i decided to do some road work out. There's a bridge a little far from my residence, i went to the bridge to climb the stairs as a part of exercise.
I forgot to count how many steps i took in total.
At this point i was breathing really heavy.
I think I'm gonna be doing this more often, after exercising i felt so much better when i got home. It's been awhile i did a proper road exercise, work activities has made me stop exercising frequently. This time it's a no going back era, I'm definitely taking this fitness journey seriously.
I bridge has a lot of steps, over 50 steps, i climbed the stairs about 4 times, i think I'd do more when next i go. Like I said, I'm taking this fitness journey seriously, I'd always make sure i keep you guys updated.
The weekend is over now, activities starts fully tomorrow, it's time to have some rest.
