Ever notice how some moments during a morning stroll can be both serene and slightly absurd? I was walking through Jungfernheidepark on this warm summer morning, the air just crisp enough to keep the heat at bay. It's a perfect day so far … until the peace is broken by joggers chatting way too loudly and groups of dog owners, or shit collectors as i call them, yelling at their dogs as if the world might end tomorrow. As i navigated the clatter of someone trekking on crutches (yes, crutches!), i can’t help but laugh at the idea of turning them into a trendy “sport.” But then, something magical happens. A discovery that makes the chaos worth it. I stumbled upon what looks like a Stargate, cleverly disguised as a wooden sculpture, guarded by its loyal keepers. It’s a moment that reminds me that even the most ordinary day can hold extraordinary surprises, and you can’t help but smile at what i had to „endure“ before to capture such a scene. It’s not every day you find a gateway to another world hidden in plain sight, right?
