A crisp morning kissed my cheeks as I pedaled through the chilled air, breath billowing like soft smoke. The bike ride began brisk and biting, but with each fast-paced step of the walk through Jungfernheide, warmth wrapped around me again. The park pulsed with peace, I paused on the island by the lake, where the world seemed to whisper. Deep breaths, slow thoughts, and a moment of meditation melted the noise of the world. Birds sang their symphony without shame, a free concert that filled the silence with soul. And just when I thought the magic had peaked, I spotted a nest, a Coot‘s careful creation, floating proudly on the water. I captured the scene for you, so you could feel it too.
Ein frischer Morgen streichelte mein Gesicht, als ich durch die kühle Luft radelte, der Atem wie feiner Rauch. Die Fahrt war frostig, doch beim flotten Walk durch die Jungfernheide wurde mir wieder warm. Der Park atmete Ruhe, ich hielt inne auf der Insel am See, wo die Welt zu flüstern schien. Tiefe Atemzüge, stille Gedanken, ein Moment der Meditation ließ den Lärm der Welt verfliegen. Die Vögel sangen ein Konzert ohne Scham, ein Geschenk an die Stille. Und gerade als ich dachte, mehr Zauber gäbe es nicht, entdeckte ich das Nest eines Blässhuhns, das stolz auf dem Wasser schwamm. Ich habe es für euch eingefangen, damit ihr es auch spüren könnt.
