The morning shimmered like summer silk. I hopped on my bike and headed straight to Volkspark Jungfernheide, chasing the quiet pulse of the day. With each stride of my interval walks, my breath found rhythm, and my mind melted into meditation. On the island by the water, sunlight danced relaxed off the lake like a natural „Dream Machine“, lulling me into a delta-wave daze. I stumbled upon another small, lifeless mole, delicate and still, and laid it to rest beneath the brush. Traces of last week’s twin tempests still scarred the landscape here and there, trees fallen and branches torn. But in the midst of it all, a silver sentinel stood tall: a great grey heron, unbothered, basking in the morning’s mellow glow. I didn’t rush. I didn’t talk. I just watched.

Der Morgen schimmerte wie sommerleichte Seide. Ich schwang mich aufs Rad und fuhr direkt in den Volkspark Jungfernheide, dem leisen Puls des Tages folgend. Bei meinem Intervallwalk fand mein Atem seinen Takt, mein Geist glitt in Meditation. Auf der Insel am Wasser tanzte Sonnenlicht entspannt auf dem See wie eine natürliche „Dream Machine“ und lullte mich in einen Deltawellen-Dämmer. Ich fand wieder einen kleinen toten Maulwurf, zart und reglos, und bettete ihn im Unterholz zur Ruhe. Überall noch Spuren der beiden Stürme von letzter Woche, gefallene Bäume, abgebrochene Äste. Doch inmitten dessen stand ein silberner Wächter: ein großer Graureiher, entspannt in der sanften Morgensonne. Ich hetzte nicht. Ich sprach nicht. Ich sah einfach nur zu.
