There was a softness in the air this morning that made everything feel quietly alive. I started the day with a bike ride to Plötzensee, the path still kissed with dew, the silence only broken by my tires on gravel. At the lake, I walked a long loop in intervals, letting the stillness sink in like warm sunlight through fog. Then I stood by the water, breathing with the rhythm of the mist, the air heavy with that mystic morning mood. Meditation wasn’t a task but a gentle pause. On the ride back, the city slowly woke up behind me. The rest of the Sunday slipped by slowly, stretched out on the terrace with no rush, no reason to run. And yes, I brought back a photo, one quiet slice of that mysterious morning magic. Breathe in, breathe out …
Es lag eine sanfte Stille in der Luft, die den Morgen fast lebendig wirken ließ. Ich fuhr mit dem Rad zum Plötzensee, der Weg war noch feucht vom Tau, das Knirschen der Reifen das einzige Geräusch. Dort ging ich eine große Runde in Intervallen, ließ die Ruhe wirken wie Sonnenstrahlen durch Nebel. Am Wasser atmete ich in die mystische Morgenstimmung hinein. Meditation war kein Vorhaben, sondern ein sanftes Innehalten. Auf dem Rückweg wachte die Stadt langsam hinter mir auf. Der Rest des Sonntags verging gemächlich auf der Terrasse, ohne Eile, ohne Grund zur Hast. Und ja, ich habe euch ein Foto mitgebracht, ein stiller Ausschnitt dieser geheimnisvollen Morgenmagie.
