A cool morning after another frosty night with sub-zero temperatures. I felt a lot fitter again today and did the longer shiplock route at an interval walking pace. I did my breathing and meditation exercises by the hidden creek far behind the large weir. Unfortunately, I also discovered that the "Tunneleck" bar and restaurant has now become a lost place and the few small houses there are just waiting for its demolishion. I brought back a few feathered friends that I encountered on the way and two specially framed pictures of the sunrise.
Kühler Morgen nach abermals frostiger Nacht bei minusgraden. Fühlte mich heute schon wieder um einiges fitter und habe die grosse Schleusenlandrunde im Intervall-Walking gemacht. Am versteckten Bach weit hinter dem grossen Wehr hab ich meine Atem- und Medittionsübungen gemacht. Leider musste ich dort auch feststellen, dass die Gaststätte „Tunneleck“ nun mittlerweile doch zum lost place geworden ist und die paar kleinen Häuschen dort nur noch auf ihren endgültigen Abriss warten. Mitgebracht hab ich euch ein paar gefiederte Freunde die mir auf dem Weg begegnet sind und dazu zwei speziell geframte Bilder vom Sonnenaufgang.
