Wednesday ☀️ 12450
A cold morning around 0 degrees. A bit frosty, but still typical for this time of year. I went for another nice, long walk around the Tiergarten, doing interval walking. I did some breathing exercises and a bit of meditation on the shore of the Neuer See, listening to all kinds of feathered friends. I brought you the sun while rising and how it shines on a church tower and how little blossoms delight in it and reach out toward it.
Ein kalter Morgen um die 0 Grad. Etwas frostig, aber noch im Rahmen für die Jahreszeit. Ich bin mal wieder eine schöne lange Tiergartenrunde im Intervall-Walking gegangen. Atemübungen und etwas Meditation am Ufer des Neuen Sees gemacht und dabei allerlei gefiederten Freunden zugehört. Mitgebracht hab ich euch die Sonne beim Aufgehen und wie sie einen Kirchturm anstrahlt und sich kleine blüten dran erfreuen und sich ihr entgegenstrecken.
