What a wonderfully peaceful and sunny morning. It’s vacation time and a holiday, and most people are staying in their shells with their own dramas; only the gentle breeze and the usual chorus of our feathered friends kept me company. I’m feeling much better today, and I took a wonderfully relaxing walk around Luiseninsel through the palace gardens. This included extensive breathing exercises and meditation by the old alder tree on the island’s shore. The wood anemones are sprouting and blooming everywhere, and both the altar in the hollow tree and the Queen were once again beautifully adorned with flowers.
Was für ein herrlich ruhiger und sonniger Morgen. Ferien und Feiertag, und die meisten Menschen bleiben mit ihren Dramen in ihren Höhlen, nur der leichte Wind und das übliche Konzert der gefiederten Freunde waren meine Begleiter. Mir geht es heute wieder viel besser, und ich habe eine super entspannte Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark gemacht. Inklusive ausgiebiger Atemübungen und Meditation bei der alten Erle am Ufer der Insel. Das Buschwindröschen sprießt und blüht überall, und sowohl der Altar im hohlen Baum als auch die Königin waren wieder hübsch mit Blumen geschmückt.
