Even in the Tiergarten, where I took a long, leisurely walk today, starting with interval walking, of course, everything was still very damp from the rain of the past few days. As usual, I started by letting the sound of the water clear my head at the weir of the Unterschleuse. And then there was that lush greenery everywhere again, especially here around the Neuer See, where the rhododendrons are blooming everywhere with their huge inflorescences. I did some breathing and meditation exercises on the quiet morning shore with surprisingly few birds today, aside from this one mandarin duck in the middle of the water. In any case, there was a lot of activity around the large inflorescences. The bumblebees were everywhere, collecting pollen.

Auch im Tiergarten, durch den ich heute eine ausgiebig lange Runde, angefangen mit Intervall-Walking natürlich, gemacht habe, war es noch alles sehr feucht von dem Regen der letzten Tage. Wie üblich habe ich mir am Wehr der Unterschleuse erstmal den Kopf freirauschen lassen. Und dann auch wieder dieses satte Grün überall und hier rund um den Neuen See, speziell blüht überall der Rhododendron mit seinen riesigen Blütenständen. Atem- und Meditationsübungen dann am ruhigen morgendlichen Ufer mit erstaunlich wenig Federtieren, heute außer dieser einen Mandarinente mitten im Wasser. An den großen Blütenständen herrschte jedenfalls geschäftiges Treiben. Die Hummeln waren überall am Pollen sammeln.
