Every year, our suburban mountain community has a tradition of unleashing a horde of rubber ducks in the river downtown. Each citizen can buy a duck for charity, and if your duck wins, you get a big prize!
We didn't win anything this year, but the fun is in seeing all your neighbors come out to join you in cheering on the duck flotilla! We had some great food downtown - burgers and ice cream - and I got enough steps in to hopefully make a dent in all of the calories I consumed!
