That's why this Saturday I decided to go shopping on foot. Actually, I walk every day to go to work, but today this exercise was different.
Por eso este sábado decidí ir de compras caminando, en realidad yo camino todos los días para ir al trabajo, pero hoy este ejercicio fue diferente.
I walked along another route and was able to observe some details in my surroundings that sometimes go unnoticed, such as the fact that at this time of year a mango tree in the neighborhood is in bloom.
Caminé por otra ruta y pude observar algunos detalles en mi entorno que a veces pasan inadvertidos, como lo es que en esta época una mata de mangos del vecindario esté florecida .
I did some necessary shopping and divided the items between two bags to balance the weight. I felt very comfortable walking; I think the daily training is paying off.
Hice algunas compras necesarias y las compartí en dos jabas para equilibrar el peso. Me sentí muy cómoda al andar, pienso que el entrenamiento diario está rindiendo sus frutos.
