I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
One of the things that I feel makes my country a third world country is the revealing or sight seeing of the electricity poles in the major and minor street which sometimes have stand as a threat to human life in all ramifications. You will these electricity wire up above with some with Haggard poles that if care is not taking, during heavy rain, wind, erosion and storm can cause these poles to fall and cause a lot of havoc and discomfort.
So in the midst of trying to curb this unnecessary and an impending havoc, my Landlord tried as much as possible to get a new pole to make the naked wires go up high such it's going to be so high that it won't be reachable by people passing under it.
Few days after the new pole was mounted, termites started feasting on it from the base of the pole. That's how to destroy their target specifically wood(dried ones). So one of the ways to curb the termites from destroying the woods is by applying black engine oil on the surface of the wood. Black engine oil are typically used oil from cars, plants or generators. So I took my time to apply this used engine oil and for a short while of application, most of these termites are gone.
