Happy 4th of July everyone! I had a beautiful hike earlier today and got this neat picture of a little mossy knoll in the sunlight.
I ended the day on the beach watching fireworks displays for about 2 hours in North Carolina.
Overall it was a solid day for fitness here despite not being able to track my swim time from the pool. I hope everyone else had a safe and fun holiday 🎆🎇🥳
