I love the new me, I love the fact that my first activity of the day is to work on my body, the next activity afterwards, is to work on my intellectual, then any other thing can follow. Health is wealth and one major thing to stay healthy is shedding the unnecessary things in the body. I did a 12.4km run today. This does not only keeps me proactive for the day, I become very calm and confident as well
