Working out on Saturdays, is one thing that I love to do. Especially, very early in the morning. I love to exercise and ensure that my body and spirit are in shape. Today, I did a 10.6km run and took a cold bath afterwards. Then later prepared a black coffee to kick start my day. I did move around the office as well, and that is aside my early morning run that I did.
