Morning Meditation, Daily work
Dear friends,
Yesterday, I woke up early and went to the meditation center to meditate there. Before going, I had a cup of black coffee and a boiled egg as breakfast. I often saw this diet in Tiktok and had wanted to try it. It is for person who wants to lose weight. I found I felt full until lunch time after I tried them. I think it can help me lose some weight if I don't eat some more meals for breakfast.

Then, I meditated for one hour at the meditation center. Why choose meditation center over home? At home, I can feel distracted by things around me because I can sense them in mind and they tend to come up to me one after another. At meditation center, there is no such distraction. That's why sometimes, I prefer some other quiet place for meditation. There were some other people meditating there like me.

Yesterday, at home, I made soya bean milk and this time, I fried the extracted soya paste and they became evening snacks for me. I mixed it with some starch, added some salt and meat powder before I fried them. The day before, I threw it into my compost barrel.


And I made a small stool by using extra wood plank and hollow steels. If I didn't use them, they would take some place in my workshop. There are still many other things in my workshop that I need to recycle.


In the evening, I prepared some ground for transplanting my beedroot offsprings. I will transplant them soon. They ground had become hard and I had to dig and kind-of plough them using my hoe. And I collected some trash in my home compound; it included broken plastic vases mostly.


I also went to queque for my motorbike fuel. I found not many people in the line. Now, we have to show QR code for our weekly fuel allotment. And as part of my motorbike maintenance work, I mixed injector cleansing oil in the fuel. It was for fuel-injected (FI) bikes like mine. "It can clean injectors, intake valves, and the combustion chamber, improving throttle response, restoring power, and smoothing idling" (source: Google AI).


Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
