Morning exercise and meditation, Daily work
Dear friends,
Yesterday, I went to the football stadium first to do exercise before I went to the meditation center for meditating. I ran lightly for over 1 km distance, did some stretching and then went for meditation. It was relaxing to meditate after the physical exercise. I have read in 'Ikigai' that one of the habbits that contribute to healty and long life to Japanese people on that Island is doing exercises in the morning after wake-up. I will try to stick to morning exercise plan.



Yesterday, most of the time was consumed in making pcb. I used my cnc router to make them. It took some time to create - for probing the plate and for routing. And I had to rework to get my desired outcome.

In the evening, I joined birthday dinner of my aunty at a restaurant.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
