I walked with my friends this morning but I had to go home when I my thighs got blisters from rubbing on each other. I think I should start wearing my leggings whenever I get have to hi for a walk the day after a leg day because my thighs get swollen, does it happens to you too?
One of my friends baked some banana bread and I had think it was almost the same calories I burned out from my walk today, lol! 😂
Anyways, gotta live a life and tomorrow is another day to burn some extra calories!
