This morning I had my first day of yoga class this year. Last time I joined a yoga class was four years ago and I forgot how fun it was!
It's nice to have a yoga trainer so they can correct your pose and I know yoga is not always am for perfection but to have someone guide with the flow is a easier to do. Sometimes when I do yoga alone, I attend to get finish it early because sometimes I forget what other poses to make. 😂
I only got 2k+ steps from my yoga class, so I walked around the community at dusk and did some shoulder workout tonight.
It's funny how you look fresh before your workout and how you look after workout...
