While most of my neighbors stay indoor because of this coronavirus attack, I am taking advantage of the outdoor activities that I can do when it's just me and some few people around.
I don't think locking yourself in your home most of the time is healthy.
I think it's more important now that we stay even more active, eat healthier and always practice all preventive measures to make sure we are safe from this deadly virus.
This morning after I finished my morning walk, I joined the yoga class but we did it outside, instead of doing it inside the gym, where we had a big area and we distant from each other. It was nice to do yoga outside with nice breeze and you hear birds and sound of the leaves on the plants and trees swaying.
I also did walked and jogged tonight around the community and at the gym on a treadmill. Followed a 15 minute shoulder workout using weights then finished with light stretching.
It's passed my bed time, I spent a little too much time in the sauna than usual. I hope you all stay safe and healthy!
