Wow, intense day! I am pleased to know that there is always work to do. Tuesday, my day of negotiations. Exercising at home may sound easy. But sometimes I doubt if the exercise that I am doing I do correctly.
Exercise the muscle well and try not to hurt yourself. The part I like most about doing aerobic or anaerobic exercise at home is dancing at the end of my session. I love it. ;)
