Good day Great Fitters
Today I've walked to the local park where there was a health passage for fitness and cardio.
I've managed to put up some training and stretching exercises to warm up for the gym.
I'm going through a program for losing weight and trying to straighten my spine and back to be able to work on muscle building in a healthy manner.
I'm taking things slowly towards getting fit and trying to get an organized program for my workout routine.
Today my training has Last for 2 hours.
Which is good, and I'm proud of and looking forward to do more.
