Rainy Day

It's always raining, but even though I'm still working, I have to walk there just to reach my clients' houses. It's hard to lie down or just hang around because I'm the only breadwinner in my family. I have a younger brother in grade 11. I'm so happy I have a sister one year before she graduates from her 4th year of college in 2023. I'm so grateful God is always there to guide and save me from harm and not get sick. He's been so good to me and to my family. You have not abandoned us as long as we are alive to serve you.

I always have to walk here because there aren't many cars passing by because the road is not good to drive on because it's a rough road. This road has been around for a long time. Nobody cares about rutted roads, and street lights are turned off when it gets dark. Luckily, I finished my work early and came here when it was dark.
