In the right conditions, you may have a wonderful day swimming at Sunset Beach; its peacefulness can make you feel appreciated, loved, and secure. I recall going to the beach when I didn't have anyone to talk to or call to rant to. I yearned to sit on the beach and be myself where no one could see me. I can mourn, scream, and be whatever I want. It seems safe and secure when the waves pass by. I know that going to the beach may help you relax after a long day.
