After days of rest and been sick, i'm here at my comfort zone (beach).
Being in nature, in a location where you feel comfortable, helps decrease your blood pressure and stress hormone levels. Similarly, spending time at the beach helps reduce anxiety and nervous system activation, which is what causes you to feel tense and uncomfortable.
