Woke up today and decided I needed to do something to make me fit and also have fun in the process to b able to relieve my mind.
So I thought to myself why not just dance since its one of the thing that makes me happy and also makes me feel heathy
So I took my dancing shoes and hit the routine
I started with 10 jumping jacks just to make my body feel relieved
Next I just let my body follow the rhythm
I practiced some steps made sure I got them right
And fortunately I got the opportunity to give dance lessons to some people
So I showed them some moves
And I made sure I practiced it with them
We kept rehearsing them till they got it
It was a lot of fun and it also made me feel so relaxed and made my legs feel firm
After dancing
I went to have some rest
Then when I woke up I was bored and I knew I had to do something else
So I decided to do hit the field to play football
Football is another thing that makes me happy and of course fit
On getting there I saw a lot of people then one asked me to join their team and so I did
We played and played and played and with all the dancing I did before my legs were of course so firm to the ground
I made sure I scored at least one goal
It was so fun and refreshing.
