Hello and namaste everyone
I am back to share my fitness report for the day with over 5000 steps. There was a time when I was not consistent with my fitness reports but I am glad that I am quite consistent with my activities since last one month or so and now since weather is getting better so I'll be able to to make it a daily practice.
Although I am able to score the minimum count of 5000 steps but today I did slightly better and the count is more than 6000 steps which I think is pretty good however I'm not sure whether they be able to do the same everyday but surely I will give it a try. In any case I'll be making the minimum count of 5000 steps to my daily activity is including the household work and also walk in multiple sessions which I think is good enough for me but if I can make it more than it's always awesome.
