We all have witnessed how the work from home evolved in the last three years. If you think about it, the pandemic happened for three years and we have changed a lot. My kid who was a pandemic baby is almost a full grown pre-schooler.
The arguments and logic we had before pandemic do not hold true in this new working scenario. I amazed by how spoilt I am when it comes to working from home. It was not long ago when one working from home day was considered a flexibility to the maxmium. And, here I am fuming about going to in-person office two times a week. Things really changed.
Today, on top of that, we had a work picnic. I cannot imagine I am saying that out loud. Yes, we had a picnic and a successful one. There are benefits other than the actual work we do when you interact with your work colleagues in-person.
Well, things have evolved and no matter what the benefits are, i would never advocate to go back to work 5 days again.
