Today was day 1 of my next cycle. Ran 2.5 Miles and this will vary day by day based on humidity outside. But so long as its reasonable ill be gunning for 2.5 each day this week.
Broke even on calories in vs. Out.
Added teas to my power foods. I'll be attempting to have 3 teas a day and possibly more. Some will be herbal as to not overdo it on caffeine and possibly get other nice benefits.
