Thanks for stopping by and welcome to another fitness report.
So, I did my morning walk around the neighborhood for a little over an hour and the first thing I saw was this lovely hummingbird.
Then along the way were various assortment of flowers alongside the sidewalk streets
Then a bird perched on top of the fence.
My afternoon leisure walk I headed out to the trail again and I saw this blackbird in the middle of the road right in front of me.
But few others were and had the view from the top of the trees.
Then lastly I saw a family ducks.
