I’ve been doing push-ups throughout the day. I took myself an Old Man nap this afternoon and did push-ups before and after the nap.

I would of accumulated a lot more steps without the push-ups, but I want to build up some quality upper body endurance.
I was able to score an #AutomaticWin with all the drop and pushing.
I still have push-ups to do tonight, but I will be sure to get em done before and after the #Beer.
